Along with your payment for set-up, please donate an item for our silent auction.  Items can be delivered on the day of the event only before 9:30 a.m.

One Vendor Company per table space only, please.

Since it is an Olde Tyme Christmas Market, if you could please decorate your set-up with Christmas.

Set Up and Breakdown: Vendors need to set-up between 7:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Sat. Morning.  Tear Down Time is 5:00 p.m. each day, but not before hand.  If you choose to leave your things overnight, please make sure everything is locked down.  We take no liability for set-ups. 

Food: There will be food and drinks sold by Frosty Jacks. They will be doing the main food.  If you are a food vendor that doesn’t sell items on their menu and would like to set-up, please send in application for us to review.  Thank You.
